Sampling Box
Used in gas analysis systems, it collects and preliminarily filters sample gas, allowing a large amount of coarse particulate coke powder to be filtered by the filter, thus preventing blockages in the sampling pipeline and reducing the workload of subsequent pre-treatment equipment.

Product Overview
Through the sampling probe tube installed at the bottom of the sampling probe, the sample gas is extracted from the process pipeline under the suction of the sampling pump in the pre-treatment system, and first filtered by the sampling probe equipped with an annular heater. The sample gas that has undergone primary filtration enters the sampling pipeline through the sample gas outlet on the probe protection box.
Through the 1# and 2# nitrogen purging inlets equipped on the sampling box, nitrogen back-purging can be conducted for a fixed duration and at regular intervals on the coke powder adhering to the exterior and interior of the filter cartridge. Additionally, the sampling pipeline can also be purged to prevent coke powder from accumulating in the filter cartridge and sampling pipeline, which could block the filters and sampling pipeline and affect the normal sampling of the system.
